/v2/action-gateway/toolbeltsCreate a Toolbelt
A toolbelt is a named set of tools, each pinned to a version, that your team can attach to sessions as toolbelt:<name>@<version>. The first version is 1 unless version is set. Returns 409 if an active toolbelt with the same name exists. The name of a deleted toolbelt can be reused; its versions start again from the initial version.
- IdempotentThe SDK sends
Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.
namestringrequired
Toolbelt name, unique among your team's active toolbelts. Must match `^`[a-z]``[a-z0-9_-]`{0,63}$`; `search` is reserved.

toolsarray<string>optional
Optional initial members, as catalog tool slugs (`<provider>_<name>`). Each may be pinned as `<tool_slug>@<version>`; a pin must equal the tool's current released version, and an unpinned tool is pinned to that version. Every tool must be an active catalog tool.
