DELETE
/v2/agents/triggers/{trigger_id}DeleteTrigger soft-deletes a trigger.
Marks the trigger deleted, fails any pending executions, and purges the webhook secret / cron schedule. A fresh trigger owns no session; a reuse trigger only UNBINDS - it never destroys the customer's session. Execution history and by-session lookups continue to resolve to the deleted row. Returns 204 No Content on success.
