DELETE/v2/agents/sessions/{session_id}/checkpoints/{checkpoint_id}

DeleteCheckpoint removes a checkpoint and its underlying machine-state capture.

Idempotent: deleting an already-gone checkpoint still returns 200. Removes the DB row and the substrate checkpoint.
